He was interested in the efficiency and durability of LED lighting and felt it was a perfect match for his needs. After finding only a few manufacturers at the time that only had extremely high pricing, he decided to use his experience to bring to market high performance LED lighting for the offroading vehicle industry at a reasonable price. What is the Extreme LED Rewards Program?

The Extreme LED Rewards Program is a complimentary, points-based loyalty program. ExtremeLED customers who have a registered account with us can participate. For every 10 Reward Points, the registered customer will receive $1 off a purchase price of $50 or more.

Registered customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Qualifying purchases are defined as the purchase amount of each product, excluding sales tax, shipping charges and delivery charges. Reward Points issued are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a qualifying item that sells for $10.99 earns 10 points.

How quickly will my Extreme LED Reward points be reflected on my account after a qualifying purchase?

Extreme LED Rewards Points will post to your account immediately after your purchase.

How can I access my Reward Points balance?

Just login to your account and you will see your Reward Point total there.

How can I redeem my Reward Points?

Simply select the "Use my Reward Points" option at checkout. There is a $50 product minimum purchase required to redeem Reward Points. Reward Points cannot be applied towards tax and shipping costs.

Can I use Reward Points when Extreme LED is running a sale on the product I want to purchase?

Yes. During one of our sales, you can benefit twice! You can purchase products that are discounted from our sale and still use Reward Points.

What happens to my Reward Points balance if I return an item?

If you return an item for which you received Reward Points, the appropriate number of Reward Points will be deducted from your account. For example, if we are refunding you for a light bar that cost you $279.99, then 279 points will be deducted from your Reward Points account when your return is complete.

What happens if I used Reward Points for a purchase and I return the product. Will I get my redeemed Reward Points back in my account when I return the product?

No. Extreme LED Rewards points are non-refundable. For example, if a product cost $279 and the customer used 300 Reward Points (equivalent of $30), the customer paid $249 after the Reward Points were used. If the customer decided to return the produt, the customer will receive a refund of $249. The 300 Reward Points will not be added back to the account as the points are non-refundable.
