Spacer Extension Packs

These high quality aluminum spacers (outer diameter 5/8", inner diameter 5/16") help close the gap between an LED Light Bar or LED Light Pod and a bracket, if there is not an exact fit. Purchase 2 spacers to accommodate a gap on each side. These fit best with an M8 bolt but can also be used for an M6 bolt.

These packs fit our Dual Row, Stealth Dual Row, Single Row, Stealth Single Row, X6S Series and *X6 Series LED Light Bars. *Please note, with how our X6 brackets are designed you will need 2 sets for these to work: one to mount the bracket to the bar and another to keep the bar at the angle you want.

• The 1/2" Spacer Extension Pack for 20mm M8-1.25 Cap Screws includes two 1/4" spacers and two M8-1.25 20mm hex cap screws and compensates for a 1/2" gap (1/4" each side) between the mounting bracket and the light bar.
• The 1" Spacer Extension Pack for 25mm M8-1.25 Cap Screws includes two 1/2" spacers and two M8-1.25 25 mm hex cap screws and compensates for a 1" gap (1/2" each side) between the mounting bracket and the light bar.
• The 2" Spacer Extension Pack for 40mm M8-1.25 Cap Screws includes two 1" spacers and two M8-1.25 40 mm hex cap screws and compensates for a 2" gap (1" each side) between the mounting bracket and the light bar.
• The 3" Spacer Extension Pack for 50mm M8-1.25 Cap Screws includes two 1-1/2" spacers and two M8-1.25 50 mm hex cap screws and compensates for a 3" gap (1.5" each side) between the mounting bracket and the light bar.
